General Terms and Conditions

All services rendered by Pamir Trading GmbH shall be provided exclusively on the basis of the following General Terms and Conditions. Deviating provisions shall only apply if they have been agreed in writing between the customer and Pamir Trading GmbH.

Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with our order confirmation by e-mail. If individual products are no longer available, we reserve the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for these products. You will be informed of this by e-mail.

Guarantee

All products leave our premises in perfect condition.

​

Delivery/Dispatch

There is no shipping on weekends and public holidays.

Transport damage

Transport damage must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods. Later complaints can no longer be accepted.

Prices

All prices are quoted in Swiss francs, including VAT where applicable.

Payment

By credit card, Twint or PayPal.

Business customers can order on invoice.

 

Discount voucher and coupon code

Discount vouchers or coupon codes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue or for the declared period. Cash payments are not possible. Not cumulative.

 

Colour deviations

Handmade items and materials are subject to certain variations. In particular, there are variations in colour and irregularities in yarn thickness. However, these do not constitute a reduction in quality or a production error. Colour deviations from the representations in the shop and the original goods are unavoidable due to different colour representations of electronic devices and are therefore no reason for complaint.

 

Return / exchange

Switzerland: Within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons.

Returns from abroad can only be accepted in the event of incorrect delivery or defective goods.

Knitting instructions/knitting kits, promotions and discounted goods are excluded from the right of return.

The goods must be returned complete, in perfect and unused condition. The shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. If the goods are not in perfect condition when they are returned, we reserve the right to claim compensation.

Retention of ownership

The goods remain the property of Pamir Trading GmbH until all claims have been paid in full.

Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

Pamir Trading GmbH may change these general terms and conditions at any time and without giving reasons. Changes do not apply to orders already placed. By placing an order, the respective valid General Terms and Conditions are accepted.

 

Place of fulfilment and jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply.

The place of fulfilment and jurisdiction is 8903 Birmensdorf.

With the purchase or order, the general terms and conditions of Pamir Trading GmbH are deemed to be accepted.
